BadgeReady is building agency-specific fitness preparation for public safety applicants. Starting with Arizona police and sheriff agencies, our planned platform pairs adaptive training plans with daily text coaching and practice-test check-ins.

Our mission is to help agencies retain qualified applicants through better preparation—not lower fitness standards. Recruiter reporting is designed to highlight training consistency and applicants who may need support.

We are in early validation. Training is intended to operate within coach-approved templates, with readiness screening and clear injury-stop guidance. Readiness projections are not official test results, and we never guarantee a pass.
